<description>Having known Mike Carruth for just over a year and being a member of the Circle of Progress, I can completely agree on the quality of both the man and the group.

As a business coach to career employees and entrepreneurs, I know that accountability is HUGE for getting things done and making growth-oriented progress. The Circle of Progress is a great forum for people to publicly state their monthly goals and then to keep themselves accountable; and being in a group of entrepreneurs with such high spirit and knowledge is tremendous as well.

Just like with coaching, the Circle will provide you with what you put in. But be sure to do your strategizing, planning and skill building ahead of time. Get the to meeting with your past month&#039;s accomplishments and obstacles, as well as your next month&#039;s goals, in order and enjoy the collectivism of the Circle!

Best,
