i like it a lot. it’s clever and cute. (the ‘w’ reads like a sideways ‘E’ to me tho).

i think it’s really cute too! (i agree with the earlier comment about the w tho; perhaps a pointier w-letter?)

my first impression was “oh cool!”. my concerns would be
    1) doesn’t seem to shrink well which can be a problem for things like business cards and address labels. “operation” and the other letters will be so tiny that nobody will be able to read it. it seems to enlarge well though.
    2) looks like you’ll only be able to place the logo on light colored backgrounds. not sure how well it’ll work if the background you have (such as the wall of a convention booth) is dark.
    3) if you play boggle with the logo you can get it to say “two bit” in two different ways. you can also get find “tit” in there. :-P

overall looks really well done though.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    - Yeah the “W” has been tough – we’ll try and get a pointier one up for comparison.
    - Hmm, convention booth huh? That scenario hadn’t crossed my mind yet :) We could do it like we have on the front page though – put a white background behind the logo.
    - I didn’t know you were such an avid boggler, newt. ;)

  5. geoff says:

which one of you is ‘B’? and which one is ‘T’?

  6. Justin says:

    Hmm, that’s a good question. I’ll say I’m the ‘B’ cuz I’m rounder :P and cuz it’s in front ;)

  7. [...] Some of you commented on the 1st logo having an "W" that was too "E"-like.  Here’s a line-up comparison of a blocky (original), medium, and sharp version.  Seeing as I don’t really have an eye for design (or color), they all look good to me   So, I turn to all of you, our beloved readers, for feedback.  [...]
