- 1 can of diet coke
- 1 can of diet mountain dew
- a bunch of chicken thighs
- lots of spinach
- ling ling dumplings (from costco)
Put all that together and you get a dinner for 2 guys not too interested in cooking. You might think that the soft drinks were for drinking. They were in fact used for cooking. Cooking the chicken and spinach. Boil the soft drink, put in chicken (and spinach) and let it simmer. The chicken actually tastes pretty good, but the spinach turned out a little funny. Don’t ask me, it was John’s recipe 
I just know my stomach feels a little funny now…
