Most new patients who come in and use the offer tell friends and family about us and they make appointments as well. To address another point, if a patient has been made to wait more than 10 minutes in my reception area, I get stressed. Good thing it rarely happens! Sounds like most of these comments were posted my folks who found the worst of the worst. You deserve better, and I wish you lived in my town, San Luis Obispo.
